All products sold on this Site, including glass and acrylic water pipes, hand pipes, and accessories, are intended for legal tobacco use only. Graffix does not condone or encourage the use of any product for illegal purposes. It is your responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of our products. We do not ship to locations where our products are prohibited.

4. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display products, colors, and prices accurately. Many of our products are made to order by hand, so colors and dimensions may vary slightly. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we ship it. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
